Dosage:

(Blister)

Take one tablet three times a day after meals with lukewarm water. In case of severe constipation, take two tablets at bedtime with lukewarm water or milk.

(Syrup)

Adults:

Use one to two teaspoons of syrup three times a day.

Children:

Use half to one and a half teaspoons of syrup three times a day, or as directed by a homeopathic doctor.
