Mode of action:

Hypericum

It is antidepressant (selective serotonin) re-uptake inhibitor. Pharmacologically Hypericum has an anti-hemorrhagic action, a sedative effect from the hypericin and an anti septic effect due to the presence of essential oils.

Mag Phos

A cofactor in numerous enzyme systems and it involve in phosphate transfer, muscle contractility and neural transmission. The particular affinity of magnesium cations for the nervous system gives highly spasmogenic properties probably due to concomitant of phosphorus ion whose predominant action on nerves cell play a potentiating role. Ledum

Gnaphalium

It is valuable remedy in sciatica. It contain flavonoids derivative. Its saponins act against gout, rheumatism and dermatitis.

Colocynthis

It is used a laxative and emotional disturbances due to cucurbitacins used for sciatic and femoral neuralgia.

Symphytum

Contains steroidal saponins which accounts for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory property. It also contains allantoin which has rapid healing power (cell proliferation).

Hypericum
